By now, we are all familiar with the fact that the top 1% of individuals control as much of the nation’s wealth as the bottom 40%. We also have heard about the Walmartization of America, where a few unregulated giants are able to drive small locally-owned businesses out of business, and keep wages and benefits low. Millennials and Gen Zers face a job and earnings future that is viewed by many as bleak. The prospect of buying a home or of establishing a family is daunting for many, and the number of individuals remaining – or returning -to living under their parent’s roof has mushroomed.
Coaching can assist in finding ways to maximize opportunity - as opposed to accommodating to gloom, and limited horizons for one’s future.
